Senior User Researcher
This role involves planning and leading user research activities for digital products and services across all stages of the product lifecycle within the Government Legal Department. The successful candidate will champion user-centred design, drive usability testing, and turn complex research into strategic insights that influence decision-making. They will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary agile teams, mentor junior researchers, and assure the quality of research delivered by external suppliers. Ultimately, the work ensures that digital services meet real user needs and deliver lasting value to stakeholders and the public.
