Service Delivery Manager
This role involves leading service delivery within a high-profile operational environment to support the effective day-to-day running of immigration removal centres. The postholder will manage reactive operational issues, oversee contract performance, and ensure compliance with legislation while maintaining a safe, secure, and humane environment. You will work closely with commercial teams, property services, contracted providers, and healthcare colleagues to support joined-up detainee care and service delivery. Additionally, the role requires leading and developing a team, implementing audit recommendations, and participating in an on-call rota.
