Skills & Capabilities Analyst
The Skills and Capabilities Analyst provides strategic insight into workforce capability by analysing skills data, mapping organisational needs, and supporting the development of a future-ready workforce. The role holder enables evidence-based talent planning, informs learning and development strategies, and supports the implementation of a shared skills framework aligned with organisational goals. They work closely with business areas, human resources, talent, and learning and development colleagues to understand evolving capabilities and identify workforce trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include analysing workforce data, producing clear reports and dashboards for senior leaders, and engaging with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications
- Associate CIPD membership or willing to work towards it within 18 months
Nationality requirements
Open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with appropriate rights to work.
