This role involves providing technical governance and guidance for Defra's enterprise service management platform using ServiceNow. You will work closely with the Senior Service Tool Manager, Platform Owner, and a wider architect community to ensure the platform meets strategic objectives and best practice standards. Day-to-day duties include designing architectures, evaluating emerging technologies, and managing solution designs for complex projects. The position is vital for maintaining the integrity and availability of a core strategic service used across the department.
