Specialist Treatment Manager - Psychology Services Group - HMYOI Portland
You will manage, facilitate, and deliver accredited offending behaviour programmes and related interventions in custody to help reduce reoffending. Working within a clinical psychology services group, you will provide quality oversight for programmes delivered in group or individual formats to support rehabilitative activity. You will collaborate with psychology teams and other prison staff to deliver services for individuals, including those with learning difficulties. You will be based at a single prison while occasionally travelling to other prisons across the region to support programme delivery.
