Stakeholder & Communications Lead
As the External Readiness Lead, you will act as the project's focal point for external engagement and readiness within the Pensions and Savings Stakeholder Engagement and Comms team. You will build strong relationships with key industry and representative stakeholders, setting clear expectations and driving plans, evidence, and assurance for successful change implementation. You will work closely with policy, product, service, operations, communications, and digital teams to plan, track, and assure external readiness throughout delivery. This visible role ensures external organisations have the information, support, and confidence they need to be ready on time.

- Proven ability to build and deliver engagement and readiness plans
- Experience running structured readiness checks and mitigations
