Business Approval Scheme (BAS) - Assessment and Implementation Lead
You will play a leading role in transforming the Business Approval Scheme at the Security Industry Authority, helping to protect the public and raise industry standards. Your time will be spent shaping how businesses are assessed, ensuring assurance arrangements are robust, and working across strategy, operations, service design, and digital delivery. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, security businesses, government departments, and industry partners to design and implement the future structure of the business. You will also lead colleagues and customers through this significant change, bringing together people, processes, and technology.

Selection process
Sift will take place from 27/10/2026. Interviews will be held on 11th and 12th November on MS Teams or in person.
