Systems Administrator - ServiceNow
The Government Property Agency is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage and transform its enterprise ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end administration, implement automated workflows, and support key modules including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and ITOM. You will work collaboratively within the Corporate Systems team alongside IT professionals and business leaders to drive operational efficiency and user experience. Additionally, the role involves supporting other corporate systems such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and JIRA while ensuring platform security and stability.

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
- Ability to implement automation using scripting
- Proven ability to monitor KPIs and manage SLAs
- Skilled in problem management and root cause analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
