Team Lead Metrics and Reporting
You will lead the Metrics and Reporting team within the Evidence and Analysis function of the Farming Directorate, managing a small group of analysts to deliver reports, statistics, and performance analysis. Your day-to-day work involves producing official statistics on the Farming Investment Fund, developing metrics for the Environmental Improvement Plan, and building reproducible analytical pipelines in R. You will collaborate closely with policy and strategy teams to answer complex questions, ensure robust quality assurance, and support the professional development of your team members. This role helps the directorate track its environmental progress, meet statutory reporting requirements, and make evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications
- Degree in numerate subject, computer science, or IT equivalent

- Level 4 apprenticeship with 2 years in statistical or data analysis
- Foundation degree or HND equivalent experience with CPD log
