Team Leader
Team Leaders play a critical role in helping deliver justice and supporting service users, the judiciary, and management within Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service. Day to day, you will manage your team to deliver business objectives, provide administrative support, and drive strong performance while looking after staff wellbeing. You will work closely with colleagues and key stakeholders to achieve local, regional, and national priorities. The role is based at the Salisbury Law Courts with potential travel to other courts.
