PoAS Team Leader
You will lead a team of administration officers within the Office of the Public Guardian, managing daily operations, quality standards, and staff wellbeing both in the office and remotely. You will work alongside other team leaders and stakeholders to review processes, support business transformation, and drive continuous improvement across various administrative functions. The role involves monitoring performance targets, conducting quality checks, and guiding staff through operational changes. You will be based in Birmingham and contribute to delivering high-quality services that protect adults at risk.
