Team Leaders play a critical role in delivering justice by managing administrative support and customer service for service users, the judiciary, and management. You will drive strong performance, manage attendance, and champion staff wellbeing while building effective working relationships with key stakeholders. These customer-facing roles require office-based working to provide essential HM Courts and Tribunals Service operations.
