Warehouse Team Leader
You will support the Warehouse Manager in delivering an efficient warehousing and distribution service at the National Distribution Centre. Your day-to-day work involves overseeing the movement of goods, managing people performance, and maintaining safety and training standards. You will work closely with warehouse staff, managers, and external stakeholders to ensure stock is processed, recorded, and stored accurately within set deadlines.
What they're looking for
- Team leader or supervisory experience
- Line manager experience leading teams of 6 to 15+ staff
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word
- Health and safety awareness and compliance
- Ability to coordinate teams and escalate issues
