Waste Management & Recycling - Non vocational Instructor (NVI)
The postholder will work as part of an established team to supervise prisoners employed in a waste recycling unit. Responsibilities include collecting, sorting, and recycling waste on site while operating industrial machinery and vehicles such as forklifts and tractors. The role requires working outdoors all year round and helping prisoners develop industry-relevant knowledge and skills. Candidates will maintain high standards of security, good order, and hygiene within the workshop areas.
