Probation Services Officers provide critical community-based support to accommodate and closely supervise individuals on probation before and after sentence. You will manage a caseload, assess and manage risks, produce reports, and lead rehabilitative activities to protect the public and help people turn their lives around. Day to day, you will work within approved premises or other justice settings, enforcing rules like overnight curfews while offering practical advice and empathy. You will collaborate closely with various agencies throughout the justice system as part of a supportive team.
