Approved Premises - Residential Worker - Humber
Residential workers provide round-the-clock cover and security at Approved Premises, supporting individuals who are on release from prison and transitioning back into the community. You will work as part of a team to monitor residents, assist with risk management and sentence plan objectives, and report any significant changes or non-compliance. The role involves working a rolling shift rota that includes nights, weekends, and bank holidays in a face-to-face, on-site environment. Ultimately, you will play an important role in rehabilitation, helping residents make positive changes and successfully resettle.
