Area Operational Change Manager
You will lead and embed operational change across the Thames and Chiltern area for the Crown Prosecution Service, working closely with senior leaders and staff. Your day-to-day work involves developing change plans, coordinating projects, and managing risks to support strategic priorities and operational performance. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help translate strategic objectives into practical ways of working. Additionally, you will promote a continuous improvement culture by sharing best practices, capturing lessons learned, and helping the area realize the benefits of new processes and systems.

Qualifications
- Project management and/or change management qualification desirable
