Workplace Wellbeing Co-ordinator (non operational) - HMP Long Lartin
The Workplace Wellbeing Co-ordinator leads and coordinates the delivery of the local workplace wellbeing strategy, ensuring trauma-informed and proactive practices are embedded across the establishment. They act as the dedicated on-site lead for peer support, post-incident care, wellbeing training, and staff engagement initiatives. Working closely with senior management, human resources, and operational colleagues, they provide specialist advice and guidance to improve staff morale and psychological safety. Additionally, they collect and report wellbeing data to ensure local delivery aligns with national priorities and standards.

- Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
- Experience delivering presentations, training or group facilitation
- Experience of managing sensitive information and confidentiality
- Experience analysing information to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
