Operational Manager - Valuation Support Unit
You will lead an operational team within the Valuation Support Unit, serving as the first point of contact for customers and upholding the agency's reputation. Your day-to-day work involves setting performance goals, managing workloads, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting colleagues through coaching and HR policies. You will collaborate with other managers across the unit to allocate resources efficiently and resolve operational issues in a dynamic customer service environment. You will work closely with team members, other managers, and external stakeholders to deliver professional and responsive services that support vital government revenue collection.
