You will lead the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable software solutions as a senior software engineer in a multi-functional agile delivery team. Working alongside talented engineers, architects, and product managers, you will use modern technologies such as Java, AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to build systems that support internal functions and digital public services. You will champion engineering best practices, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical strategy and architecture decisions. The role provides opportunities to tackle complex technical challenges, collaborate across professions, and ensure services meet accessibility and security standards.

Open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth, EU/EEA/Swiss nationals with EUSS status, and Turkish nationals.
