Activities Unit Manager (AUM): Industries - HMP Bullingdon
The Activities Unit Manager oversees prisoner industries, workshops, land-based areas, and training within a realistic working environment. They manage budgets, staff performance, resources, and contracts while ensuring production and income generation targets are met safely and securely. The role involves working closely with senior management, external partners, and various internal and external stakeholders to support prisoner employment and resettlement strategies. Additionally, the post holder implements local policies, maintains health and safety compliance, and oversees the delivery of accredited qualifications to prisoners.
