This role involves developing interactive and user-friendly visual representations of data using modern tools like Power BI to support senior leadership. The postholder will transform complex human resources and finance datasets into actionable insights and help improve overall reporting processes. Day to day, they will collaborate with team members, business partners, and operational functions to identify reporting needs and ensure high standards. Additionally, the role includes line management responsibilities for reporting and systems specialists within the team.
