Business Analyst (5069)
As a Business Analyst at Social Security Scotland, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical cloud engineering teams. You will work in an Agile environment to research, define, and manage requirements for cloud platforms and integration services. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will evaluate improvement options and support the delivery of digital public services. You will also help teams understand business problems while contributing to the wider Business Analysis community.

- Experience of business and technical analysis in an Agile or digital project environment
- Experience of applying stakeholder management techniques to influence key decisions
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a technical environment
- Skill in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and user requirements
