Senior Business Analyst - M365
This senior role leads the implementation of Microsoft 365 and the migration from Google Workspace across the organisation. The successful candidate will gather business requirements, design data migration strategies, and integrate artificial intelligence capabilities like Microsoft Copilot. Responsibilities include conducting change impact assessments, ensuring information governance and compliance, and engaging stakeholders to drive user adoption. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role ensures digital solutions align with long-term business goals and enhance workplace productivity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
