Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you work across different programmes to understand business needs, define problems and identify practical improvements. You collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines such as User Centred Design to ensure products and services meet user needs. Your day-to-day work includes gathering and tracking requirements, mapping business processes and using evidence to help stakeholders make decisions. You take part in the Business Analysis Community of Practice to share knowledge and keep your skills up to date.

- Experience defining business and user needs and managing requirements
- Experience of carrying out systems analysis
- Experience of mapping business processes
