Senior Business Analyst
You will lead feature definition and product management within a multi-disciplinary team, helping to solve complex problems and design digital services for the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency. You will work closely with service designers, stakeholders, and other business analysts to gather requirements, analyse information, and implement service improvements. The role also involves mentoring less experienced colleagues and participating in business analyst communities across government. Your daily work directly impacts millions of citizens by transforming how people interact with essential public services.

Qualifications

Selection process
The sift will take place the week commencing 19th October 2026. Interviews will take place the week commencing 2nd November 2026 and include a presentation at the Swansea office.
