DBS Lead Business Analyst
As a lead business analyst in the Ministry of Defence, you will understand and analyse user and business needs to ensure outcomes align with strategy. You will coordinate requirement gathering, process modelling, gap analysis, and impact assessments while working with stakeholders, technical leads, and policy teams. Your role involves translating business needs into solutions, managing change delivery, and supporting business readiness. You will collaborate across teams to ensure that business systems, workflows, and processes contribute effectively to target operating models.
