Business Analyst
The Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions by understanding goals, processes, and challenges and translating them into clear requirements. They work within the Business Transformation Programme to provide project scope definition, process modelling, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments with strategic delivery partners. The role involves investigating root causes, developing business cases, and supporting testing and deployment to ensure efficient and valuable change. They collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation to deliver effective technology and process improvements.
Qualifications
- BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis (or equivalent)

This job is broadly open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland nationals, Commonwealth citizens with the right to work, and EU/EUSS-eligible or Turkish nationals.
Selection process
Interviews will take place from the 19th November 2026 via video call, including a 1 hour panel interview and a 10 minute presentation.
