Lead Business Analyst
As a Lead Business Analyst at Companies House, you will lead the analysis and delivery of requirements for digital service teams using agile and Scrum frameworks. You will work alongside multidisciplinary colleagues to map processes, mentor other analysts, and drive service improvements while collaborating with various professional communities. The role involves guiding senior analysts, engaging with stakeholders across the organisation, and ensuring solutions align with digital strategies. You will be based in Cardiff with opportunities for hybrid working to balance office and home commitments.

Qualifications
