Change Manager
The Maritime and Coastguard Agency is seeking a Change Manager for the Command and Control Programme to support HM Coastguard in procuring and delivering a new digital platform for emergency response. You will act as the vital bridge between the programme team and business users, leading stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and change communications. Day to day, you will guide colleagues through transitions, manage benefits, and help shape requirements and procurement activities for critical search and rescue capabilities. You will work collaboratively within the commercial and programme delivery team alongside operational staff, project managers, and external partners.

Nationality requirements
