Change Systems Project Officer
The Change Systems Project Officer specialises in change systems and facilitates the implementation of the Gateway Management System and EQuiP Process Management system within His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service. The role focuses on process mapping, Microsoft Power Platform utilisation, and change management to drive organisational improvements and regulatory compliance. You will work collaboratively with project officers across area and national teams to ensure change requests are effectively deployed and actioned. Regular travel across the country, including some overnight stays, may be required.

- Experience of implementing change projects
- Experience in basic financial analysis and project planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience using the Microsoft Power Platform
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject
