Chartered Surveyor - Technical Lead
This role provides technical leadership on complex Council Tax valuation, legislation, and procedures across a nationally dispersed operation. The postholder acts as a recognised specialist to guide colleagues, support litigation, and ensure decisions are consistent and robust. Working closely with operational leaders and stakeholders, the person helps shape valuation practice and drive continuous improvement. The position also involves coaching others, designing technical learning, and contributing to wider business transformation.

Qualifications
- Full RICS Professional membership (MRICS or FRICS) or IRRV
- Full UK Driving Licence

Selection process
Sift takes place on 5th and 6th October 2026. Interviews are held on 20th and 21st October 2026 via Microsoft Teams video, including a presentation and technical questions.
