The Gambling Commission is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through a significant period of change and ensure it delivers against its priorities. The role involves translating strategy into delivery, overseeing reforms arising from the Gambling Act Review, and regulating the National Lottery to strengthen consumer protection. Working closely with the Chair, Board, and Executive Team, the postholder acts as Accounting Officer to ensure resources are managed effectively and responsibly. The position also requires building influential relationships with international regulatory partners, government stakeholders, and law enforcement agencies to address emerging risks and illegal gambling.
