Chief Technology Officer
The Chief Technology Officer sets and leads the strategic technology direction for Homes England to ensure platforms and services enable the organisation to deliver objectives securely and sustainably. The role provides senior technical leadership across Digital, managing the Architecture and Cyber Security functions while shaping strategy and managing technical risk. The person works closely with Executive governance forums, senior stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to modernise technology and foster innovation. Additionally, the role chairs the Technology and Innovation group and represents Homes England in the central government Chief Technology Officer Council.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, resilience and cyber security
- Proven ability to translate strategy into delivery plans and make sound technical decisions
- Experience leading technology modernisation, reducing technical debt and enabling innovation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in technology leadership or architecture
