Managing Director, Technology
The Managing Director of Technology sets the medium and long-term technology strategy, drives innovation and digital transformation, and oversees a secure, resilient technology environment for the UK Debt Management Office. This senior leadership role provides strategic direction for the technology function, manages technology investments and suppliers, and works closely with executive teams and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of enterprise architectures while ensuring the highest standards of operational performance and resilience for mission-critical systems. They will also collaborate with the Head of Business Delivery to manage functional teams covering software development, infrastructure, testing, and service desk operations.
