Civil Penalties Compliance Officer
You will work as a Civil Penalties Compliance Officer in the Home Office, tackling illegal migration and reducing harm through casework, debt recovery, and appeals. Your day-to-day work involves issuing civil penalties to employers and landlords, recovering outstanding penalty debt, and defending decisions at court hearings. You will collaborate closely with team members, specialist debt recovery agencies, and various internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with immigration rules. The role offers opportunities to build strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills while contributing to important enforcement efforts.
