Compliance Officer Apprentice
You will work as an Apprentice Compliance Officer within the Department for Work and Pensions to help reduce fraud, error, and debt in the benefit system. Your day-to-day work involves conducting robust interviews with customers, gathering and assessing information to calculate benefit overpayments, and maintaining accurate records. You will collaborate closely with team members and partners while completing an apprenticeship framework to achieve professional accreditation. The role requires handling sensitive material and dealing professionally with challenging situations.
