- Compliance Advisor
The Compliance Advisor will manage audit and assurance programmes for facilities management across government property estates. The post holder will work within a small assurance team to monitor statutory obligations, evaluate contractor performance, and handle non-conformance actions. Day-to-day duties involve building relationships with suppliers and clients, updating risk registers, and driving continuous improvement in property compliance.

- Competent in IT systems and management information
Qualifications
- CIWFM membership, or be willing to work towards

Selection process
Sift takes place week commencing 21st October 2026. Interviews are planned for 2nd and 3rd November in person in Birmingham.
