CM Physical Education + staff support
This is a management role in a prison establishment providing day-to-day management of the Physical Education department and supporting physical education pathways. The job holder will manage physical education staff, handle incident responses, and act as a key member of the wellbeing committee to support staff returning to work. They will also design and facilitate staff fitness and wellbeing activities in collaboration with partners and stakeholders. This is an operational, non-rotational role with line management responsibilities.
