AUM - Industries Manager
The successful candidate will manage activities within prison industries, workshops, and land-based areas to provide a safe environment and realistic working environment training for prisoners. They will implement national policies, manage budgets and staff performance, seek local commercial work, and build partnerships with external agencies to support prisoner employment and resettlement. Working closely with senior management, suppliers, and internal and external stakeholders, the role ensures that production targets, income generation, and health and safety standards are fully met.

- Experience in an industry or commercial production environment
- Ability to manage staff performance, development, and attendance
- Understanding of health and safety requirements in an industrial setting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Qualified to level 4 or above including business management modules
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU, and Turkish nationals with relevant right to work or EUSS status.
