Head of Physical Security & Resilience
The Head of Physical Security and Resilience leads the physical security specialism across HM Revenue and Customs estates, setting strategic direction and building capability to secure staff, information, and property. This role acts as the Head of Security Profession for Estates, anticipating challenges and ensuring alignment with government security standards. Key responsibilities include managing threat and risk assurance processes, establishing physical security design standards, and overseeing security health checks and level 2 assurance. The postholder works closely with professional services and estates assurance teams to provide specialist advice and guidance.

Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in relevant subject
