CMS Administrator
The Case Management System Administrator provides in-house technical support for the Serious Fraud Office's primary case management platform. Working as part of a small agile team, you will manage user access, configure system workflows, modify menus, and ensure the software meets the needs of case teams. You will collaborate closely with internal case controllers and external software suppliers to maintain system efficiency and resolve technical issues. The role combines technical administration with a strong understanding of organisational processes and structures.
