Collections and Castle Manager
You will lead the strategic care and conservation of unique interiors and collections at Castell Coch, including wall paintings, textiles, furniture, and stained glass. You will also oversee visitor operations at Castell Coch and Caerphilly Castle, line manage the Head Custodian, and support site staff and volunteers. Additionally, you will advise on collections care, loans, and conservation policy across the wider Cadw estate. You will work closely with conservation teams, capital project staff, and the public to ensure heritage is experienced in a meaningful way.
