Head of Commercial, Works
You will lead commercial delivery across a portfolio of major works procurements, including construction, building refurbishment, and facilities management projects. Working within the Parliamentary Commercial Department, you will help manage nearly one billion pounds of annual expenditure to support the operation of a globally recognised democratic institution. You will drive complex procurements from inception to contract award, develop innovative commercial strategies, and provide expertise on New Engineering Contract terms. You will also collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders to shape the future direction of Parliament's commercial function.

- Subject matter expertise on NEC suite of contract terms
- Commercial experience in high value works contract procurement
- Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations like PCR2015
- Strong stakeholder influencing and communication skills
- Experience of leading a high-performance commercial function
Qualifications
- Membership of CIPS at Level 5 or equivalent expertise
- MCIPS Level 6 advantage
