Commercial & Industry Facilities Management Project Delivery - Quantity Surveyor - United States Visiting Forces
This role involves working as a senior quantity surveyor within the Ministry of Defence to manage multi-million-pound infrastructure and facilities management projects. You will develop should-cost estimates, review tender submissions, analyse cost data, and provide commercial assurance to support defence operations in the UK and overseas. Working alongside project managers, commercial specialists, and technical teams, you will help translate strategy into effective commercial arrangements and ensure value for money across a diverse estate portfolio.

Qualifications

Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, and EU/EUSS settled status nationals, alongside certain Turkish nationals.
Selection process
