DIO - Senior Quantity Surveyor
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, you will lead cost and contract assurance activities across major facilities management and private finance initiative contracts. You will review contractor pricing submissions, provide expert commercial and contractual advice, and support financial forecasting and risk management. Working within the Performance and Technical Team, you will engage with senior stakeholders, military customers, and industry partners to ensure value for money and compliance. This role offers an opportunity to support the infrastructure that enables defence personnel to live, work, train, and deploy.

- Experience in quantity surveying, commercial management or construction
- Experience reviewing contractor pricing submissions and commercial proposals
- Experience managing stakeholders and influencing outcomes
- Experience in risk management, assurance or audit activities
- Experience working within a large, complex or regulated organisation
Qualifications
- Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager qualification
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or related discipline
- Professional membership of RICS or working towards it
- Full UK driving licence
