DIO - Senior Quantity Surveyor
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, you will lead cost and contract assurance activities across major facilities management and private finance initiative contracts. Working across a diverse military estate, you will review contractor pricing submissions, manage commercial risks, and provide expert quantity surveying and contractual advice. You will engage with senior stakeholders, military customers, and industry partners to ensure value for money and operational effectiveness. This role offers an opportunity to support the infrastructure that enables defence personnel to live, work, train, and deploy.

- Experience reviewing contractor pricing submissions and estimates
- Experience managing stakeholders and influencing outcomes
- Experience of risk management, assurance, or audit activities
- Strong leadership and management qualities
Qualifications
- Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager
- Professional membership of RICS or working towards it
- Full UK driving licence
Nationality requirements
