Construction Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Environment Advisor
As a Construction Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Environment Adviser, you will use your construction safety expertise to improve environmental and pollution remediation projects at abandoned mine sites. You will build trusted relationships with project teams, contractors, and external agencies to provide practical safety advice from design through to delivery. The role involves reviewing project plans, conducting site visits, and supporting incident investigations to ensure high standards of safety and compliance. You will work autonomously with the support of an experienced central team while regularly visiting remote sites and attending the Mansfield head office.
What they're looking for
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
- Hands-on construction experience
- Practical knowledge of CDM 2015 and design-risk principles
- Ability to influence decisions and challenge constructively
- Sound judgement and confidence to work independently

Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU, and Turkish nationals with the right to work in the UK.
Selection process
Applications will be sifted following the 4 October 2026 closing date. First round interviews take place via Teams on 6th-9th October 2026, followed by in-person second round interviews.
