Service Designer
This role involves working as a Service Designer within the HM Revenue and Customs Policy Lab team to bridge the gap between policy and digital delivery. You will design user-centred services for millions of users by analysing pain points, mapping service journeys, and creating blueprints for new or improved services. Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, you will use research and data to shape policy decisions and inclusive services. You will also participate in a developing service design community to test ideas, share support, and promote best practice.
