County Court Bailiff
As a bailiff, you will work on the front line visiting people in their homes and businesses to resolve matters and explain options clearly. You will assess circumstances quickly, adapt to emotionally charged situations, and demonstrate empathy while remaining non-judgmental. Working independently or in a small team, you will receive full training and mentoring to carry out your duties successfully. This role offers a varied and flexible schedule working across local court sites rather than being based entirely in an office.
